We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Performance Marketing to lead our performance marketing strategies across all digital and offline channels. This role is critical to driving customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversion, and sales growth for Jamtangan.com and Voila.id.
- Lead the performance marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
- Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth in e-commerce and retail businesses. Experience in the luxury retail sector is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong marketing background with commercial and retail acumen
