Get to Know the Role

Sales Lead at Grab Rental is a critical role, requiring someone with a sales background and an understanding of the rental market. As a Sales Lead, you will lead a dynamic sales team, achieve business growth, and help shape the future of Grab Rental in Makassar. You will be reporting to the Associate Manager and be based onsite in Makassar.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company goals created in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Develop relationships with main customers and partners.
• Lead a sales team, promoting a collaborative environment that promotes growth and progress.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvements to improve sales growth.
• Understand market trends and competitor strategies to inform sales decisions and strategy.
• Oversee the sales operations, ensuring efficiency in all processes.
  
  

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in Rental Industry
• Experience leading team to exceed sales targets
• Excellent stakeholder management to establish and maintain partnerships
• Proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics and market trends to lead strategic improvements and sales growth.
