Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Customer Key Account Team to achieve top and bottom-line targets
  • Develop and execute modern trade strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive sales growth
  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance
  • Inspire, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to reach their full potential
  • Work collaboratively across functions to support brand initiatives and innovations


The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with MBA will be an advantage.
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, especially in Modern trade.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in handling food & beverage category.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all sales functions, with demonstrated success in diverse sales roles
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex challenges creatively and innovatively
  • Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people
