Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Customer Key Account Team to achieve top and bottom-line targets
- Develop and execute modern trade strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive sales growth
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance
- Inspire, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to reach their full potential
- Work collaboratively across functions to support brand initiatives and innovations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with MBA will be an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, especially in Modern trade.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling food & beverage category.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all sales functions, with demonstrated success in diverse sales roles
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex challenges creatively and innovatively
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
