HO FRAUD MANAGEMENT

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Finance, Risk Management, Law or related major;
2. At least 3 years of experience in Fraud operations, Fraud Strategy, and Fraud Prevention in the financial sector or fintech industry;
3. Manage fraud detection systems, fraud investigations, and anti-fraud policy-making in large organizations;
4. Ability to lead the evaluation, implementation, and development of fraud solutions and procedures;
5. Strong understanding of fraud prevention and detection methodologies and a proven track record in managing complex fraud investigations in a leadership role;
6. Ability to analyze complex data and detect anomalies including knowledge of AI/ML technology in fraud detection;
7. Excellent problem solving, analytical, and conceptual skill;
8. Good interpersonal skil and communication skill, able to coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally within the organization;
9. Willing to be located in Jakarta Area.
