Lead - GCG Monitoring Unit

Job Description:

1. Monitoring the provisions of the Regulator and applicable laws and regulations.
2. Becoming the Bank's Liaison Officer to the regulator during the implementation of supervision or inspection by the regulator.
3. Monitoring the fulfillment of the Bank's/Bank's work unit's commitments to the regulator (including BI and OJK).
4. Conducting monitoring, analysis and periodic review of the Compliance risk profile and its parameters.
5. Preparing and reviewing the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) infrastructure.
6. Conducting self-assessment of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
7. Preparing data/information, compiling and submitting reports related to the Bank's compliance and GCG both for internal and to the regulator.
8. Supervising, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the Bank's Compliance and GCG.
9. Conducting training and socialization to build awareness and a culture of compliance.
10. Becoming an active and proactive Compliance support for the work unit that is the Business Partner.
11. Carry out other tasks related to the implementation of the Bank's compliance function as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law/Accounting/Management
2. Minimum of 5 years of Banking experience in a relevant work unit
3. Having good understanding of GCG, project management, analytical ability and excellent communication skill.
