  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Compliance Officer at PT. TECHTIERA SERVICES INDONESIA in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Senior Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and providing compliance training to staff.

Main Responsibility

  • Review prevailing regulations & provide gap analysis
  • Review & identify internal policy for regulation alignment
  • Regulatory reporting to government system (monthly, annual)

Qualifications

  • Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • Strong Communication skills especially in English
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Compliance Officer
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in P2P Lending is Mandatory
  • Familiar with reporting on OJK
  • Familiar with PJK 10 tahun 2022
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
