Position Overview:

As a Product Management Intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support all aspects of the product lifecycle. You’ll conduct user research, develop and test prototypes, and work closely with designers and engineers to bring ideas to life. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to learn and make an impact in product design, prototyping, and management.

Responsibilities:

• Market and User Research: Conduct competitor analysis, surveys, and user interviews to gather insights on user needs and industry trends.
• Prototyping: Build and iterate on product prototypes using no-code tools (e.g., Figma, Adalo, Bubble) or AI platforms to test concepts and gather user feedback.
• Product Roadmap Support: Assist in developing and managing the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
• Feature Documentation: Write clear user stories and product specifications to guide development.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, designers, and marketing to align on product goals, provide insights, and enhance usability.
• Project Coordination: Track project progress, update stakeholders, and ensure projects meet quality standards.
• Feedback Integration: Analyze user feedback and test results to refine prototypes and recommend feature improvements.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience or interest in building prototypes with no-code platforms like Figma, Bubble, Adalo, or AI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of product management concepts, user experience, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Semarang full-time.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Asana.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) or data visualization tools.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and design thinking principles.
