Role Summary:

Identify, Design and execute improvement initiatives

Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• To identify new and innovative ways of working that achieve net financial savings and operational efficiency
• To develop a culture throughout the organization and promote the use of business improvement tools and techniques to manage and deliver continuous improvement.
• Provide support in terms of interpreting, collating, producing complex data to underpin the deliverables and development business improvement programs.
• identify, through analysis and interpretation of data collated for areas of improvement within throughout the organization and provide detail support for the development of business cases to be considered.
• Be responsible for the collation of complex data (financial, process and HR Structural) from across the organization, to provide a single view, interpret the data and identify where synergies or duplication exist.
• Identify, review, reconcile and submit project related documentation to the Project Management Office to ensure the effective capture and monitoring of projects being undertaken across the organization.
  
  

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
