Position Overview:

As the IT Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise applications, utilizing your expertise in full-stack development. You will lead a team in adopting Agile methodologies, ensuring that our applications are built to scale and maintain high performance. This role is integral to our journey toward DevSecOps, focusing on continuous integration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot for the backend and Angular for the frontend.
  • Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, utilizing tools such as Kubernetes.
  • Design and optimize data mapping processes with PostgreSQL and supporting tools like Redis and Kafka.
  • Foster an Agile development environment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Drive the journey towards DevSecOps, integrating security practices into the development lifecycle.
  • Monitor application performance and provide ongoing improvements and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a full-stack developer with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Angular.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and experience with Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in database management with PostgreSQL and familiarity with tools like Redis and Kafka.
