IT team will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, end user services, network, and applications within the organization. This role includes managing both project and operational aspects to ensure the seamless delivery of IT services. What you will do:

  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring it meets current and future business needs.

  • Network Management: Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of the organization's network infrastructure.
  • Application Management: Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of business applications, ensuring they align with organizational goals and user requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the smooth operation of IT services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that support their objectives.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Desired skills and expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, end user services, network management, and application management.
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects and operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
