A career in our Financial Due Diligence practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and capital markets. In short, we help some of the world’s leading companies originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.

Our team assist organisations with both buy side and sell side due diligence. As part of our team, you’ll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and validating all the financial, commercial, operational and strategic assumptions being made.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences
  • GPA above 3.0 out of 4.0 / Second Class Upper Honours / Distinction average from top public and private universities in Indonesia and overseas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
  • Have an interest in Financial Due Diligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
