As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, refining, and optimizing business processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop solutions that align with business goals. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience within the multifinance industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Evaluation & Improvement: Evaluate current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
  • Optimization Strategy Development: Lead reviews of business processes and develop strategies to optimize performance and enhance efficiency.
  • Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough requirements analysis, ensuring all solutions meet identified business needs.
  • Documentation & Communication: Document and communicate requirements, analysis outcomes, and user acceptance test (UAT) results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Communication: Provide clear insights and actionable plans to cross-functional teams and management to ensure alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Gather key information through meetings with stakeholders, producing detailed reports for decision-making.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Oversee user acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prioritization of Initiatives: Prioritize projects and initiatives based on business needs and impact.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain a competitive understanding of the market to align solutions with industry trends.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis within the multifinance industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to work with stakeholders to develop acceptable solutions and gain buy-in.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Strong documentation skills, with experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
