They positions themselves as a bridge between the advanced skincare industry and the global market, making high-quality skincare products more accessible to international consumers while maintaining authenticity and trust in the product selection.
What you'll do
They are seeking a Skincare Category Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online product assortment, developing winning sales strategies, and ensuring a compelling and seamless shopping experience for our customers. Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with ideally 2-5 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising / category management
- Experience in consumer-facing industries, especially fields such as e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
- Experience and/or a passion for the beauty and skincare industry is a major advantage.
- Experience and/or exposure to serving users in North American and other Western markets is a plus

- Strong problem solving skills, with an ability to handle ambiguity and complex challenges, whilst thriving in a fast moving startup environment.

- A strong bias for action, coupled with a very strong data-driven and deep dive mindset to analyze and utilize data / metrics for continuous iteration and improvement.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate effectively in a highly multicultural team
- Fluency in English, with Korean language a plus
