About The Role

As our Warehouse Senior Operator, you will be responsible for the smooth delivery and continuous improvement of our warehouse processes within our established plant in Bali.

This role is key in ensuring that our warehouse operation perform according to best in class practices, comply to both local regulations and Diageo Global Standard Guidelines. If you are a seasoned warehouse operation professional passionate about elevating the standard for a global plant, then this might be the role for you!

Key Tasks / Accountabilities

  • Be the role model in the implementation of the Diageo and legal Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (HSW) policies with keep maintaining the Good Quality of all activities in Logistics
  • Responsible for running the business process based on the Diageo Best Practice Standard
  • Ensure the Logistics operations are executed well as per plan, to ensure the shipment demand can be fulfilled
  • Responsible for projecting and maintaining the warehouse capacity, by liaising with the related stakeholders to control the production result and Finished Goods dispatched.
  • Control and monitor the Finished Goods movement between production and warehouse, to make sure the planning and the actual result are aligned.
  • Lead the process of daily stock counting of Finished Goods to make sure the quantity actual and quantity system are aligned.
  • Responsible for the delivery readiness and completeness in the system by working with related stakeholders as per the agreed timeline, for the seamless shipment process.
  • Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and recording the shipment status until it is handed over to the customer side.
  • Responsible for the implementation of Controls Assurance and Risk Management in the Transportation and Warehousing activity (e.g. stocktake program)
  • Support the business improvement project

About You

  • Minimum Diploma degree, with at least 3 years of experience in Warehousing activities
  • Demonstrate proactiveness and strong learning capabilities
  • Good documentation abilities with analytical problem-solving track record
  • Proven experience in operating digital systems i.e. SAP, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate (read, write and speak) fluently in both Bahasa Indonesian as well as English at a business level to liaise with business partners
