About the Role: The Finance Manager will oversee the execution of all day-to-day accounting functions for our operations in their assigned region. This role includes coordinating and supervising the monthly financial close and reporting processes. The Finance Manager will review and prepare account reconciliations, support local statutory audits and tax filings, and ensure effective use and improvement of the company’s ERP system. Additionally, this role encompasses general oversight of payroll, reviewing and approving local contracts, and handling various other duties as assigned to ensure smooth financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution and supervision of all day-to-day accounting functions in the respective country, entity or region.
- Coordinate and oversee the monthly close and financial reporting in Oracle and additional reports for U.S. Corporate Accounting, U.S. Tax, and U.S. Treasury.
- Review and limited preparation of account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Work with the International Project Accounting Manager, APAC Finance Director and Sales and Operations to ensure all revenue and invoicing is recorded accurately for their region
- Prepare cash flow forecasts for Corporate Treasury.
- Support accountants in the coordination, completion and filing of local statutory audits and tax returns.
- Proactive support of the company’s ERP system, training, and improvements.
- General oversight and control of payroll
- Review of local contracts and contracts for entities under the Financial Controllers purview
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Accounting degree at recognized institution.
- Qualified in CA or CPA.
- 5 -10 years post qualifying experience in industrial or B2B environment.
- Experience necessary in international accounting, foreign currency translation.
- Knowledge of local reporting and tax regulations.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP an advantage.
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office modules.
- Oracle experience, an advantage, i.e., financial modules, Discoverer reporting tool.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to relate to staff at all levels of the organization as well as external customers and suppliers.

- A methodical approach and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply business acumen through analytical/mathematical means.
