About The Job

As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, you will play a key role in fostering strategic collaborations between top brands and influential creators, facilitated through our agency partnerships. You will oversee the full lifecycle of brand agreements, from opportunity identification and project scoping to performance analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders at agencies, brands, and with YouTube creators.
  • Identify potential brand and creator partnerships proactively that align with strategic goals and target audiences. Oversee the end-to-end execution of brand agreements.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, product) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with agencies and brands to drive repeat business and explore new opportunities.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful reports on campaign performance and partnership success.
