Position overview:
We are seeking a Front-End Game Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with designers and developers to bring user interfaces to life, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing gameplay experience. This role focuses on finalizing and implementing various in-game menus and mechanics for our visual novel games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize the dashboard
- Implement interactive features/ in game mechanics
- Develop advanced configuration in setting
- Build robust user management
- Set up the in-game store (Implement IAP, VIP)
- Create an intuitive book exploration system
- Design and refine the homepage
Qualification:
- Minimum 2 years experience in game programming
- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Unity (we use unity to develop our game)
- Experience with in-game UI/UX design and animations.
- Familiarity with interactive narrative mechanics (branching, conditionals).
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with API integration for user data tracking.
- Knowledge of mobile development standards (iOS and Android).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, in-app purchases, and ad services.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, user-friendly interfaces.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes.
- Proficiency in Git or other version control tools.
- Good communication skills
Prefered Qualifications:
- Prior experience in visual novel or narrative-based game development.
- Experience with Unity game engines.
- Familiarity with Google Play Store and App Store compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of UI transitions and responsive design
