Job Description

• Responsible for day-to-day Production Support to Bancassurance Sales team.
• Administrate reported cases data or service issues on Production and diagnose incident log.
• Responsible for tickets/documentations based on reported issued until completed.
• Conduct testing process in PRUFast related development and identifying issues based on test scenarios.
• Ensure testing documentation complies, readable with internal quality assurance control practice.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Final year student or fresh graduate preferably majoring STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Willing to do hybrid working arrangement (3x WFO/week) in South Jakarta
• Committed to do 6 months internship period
• Has knowledge of SQL db query, Rest API such as Postman.
• Able to understand software flowchart / SDLC.
• Communicative, able to collaborate with the team as well as willing to work from office following Prudential regulations.
