Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training programs that meet the specific needs of various departments and enhance employee performance
  • Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and observations
  • Create a culture of continuous learning by encouraging knowledge sharing and the pursuit of professional development
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences
  • Evaluate training outcomes and impact using metrics and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Oversee the training budget and ensure the effective allocation of resources
  • Support a smooth onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies
  • Proficient in e-learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Willingness to relocate to Komodo Island
