Sr. Corporate Finance Specialist

As a Sr. Corporate Finance Specialist, you will be at the heart of our growth through M&A activities, helping to identify acquisition targets, conduct financial analysis, prepare valuations, and liaise with investment bankers and lawyers to structure deals.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• Proven experience in corporate finance, M&A, or investment banking.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What you'll be responsible to do:

M&A Process Management:

• Assist in identifying potential acquisition targets.
• Conduct financial due diligence on target companies.
• Prepare detailed financial models and valuations.
• Collaborate with external consultants, investment bankers, and legal advisors to facilitate the M&A process.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs) of target companies.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of acquired companies.

Deal Structuring:

• Assist in negotiating terms and conditions of acquisition deals.
• Work with legal advisors to draft and review transaction documents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Data Preparation and Management:

• Collect, organize, and maintain financial data and records.
• Prepare data rooms and ensure all necessary documentation is available for due diligence processes.
• Manage and update M&A databases and tracking system
