Responsibilities:
Beauty Training Program Development:
- Design comprehensive training programs for BSKIN skincare products, covering product knowledge, application, and skincare routines.
- Develop training materials supporting sales techniques, customer service, and product education.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Conduct interactive training sessions (workshops, webinars, e-learning) using methods like product demonstrations and role-playing.
- Adapt training to suit various learning styles and market needs.
Skincare Expertise & Customer Interaction:
- Provide in-depth training on skincare, identifying skin types, and product recommendations.
- Train enterprisers to give effective product consultations tailored to customer needs.
Training Innovation & Improvement:
- Regularly update training materials based on skincare trends and participant feedback.
- Use innovative methods like gamification and video to increase engagement.
Collaboration & Support:
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to align training with campaigns and new products.
- Offer ongoing support to enterprisers post-training to ensure effective application.
Training Administration & Reporting:
- Manage training logistics and report on training effectiveness to management.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Beauty, Pharmacy, or a related field. Beauty certification is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a trainer in beauty/skincare, especially in MLM environments.
Skills & Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of skincare and skin types.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging and interactive training.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate and support enterprisers.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in e-learning platforms, webinars, and basic design applications.
Adaptability & Innovation:
- Ability to adapt to innovative training methods suited to diverse market needs.
