  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the sea freight/shipping vendor database is in accordance with actual data
  2. Ensure the price/invoice listed is in accordance with the agreement
  3. Assist the Finance Team regarding the accuracy of invoice data
  4. Ensure all shipping data, sea freight process formats are updated
  5. Evaluation and recommendations from the results of the sea freight vendor assessment
  6. Compile sea freight vendor database
  7. End to end vendor selection analysis (Price, SLA, Terms of Payment, & Compliance)
  8. Negotiation with sea freight vendors
  9. Coordination with the legal & finance team in the preparation of cooperation contracts
  10. Evaluation of vendor performance based on KPIs that have been set by Management and listed in the cooperation agreement
  11. Build communication and cooperation with the company's Internal/External Team

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor from Marine Transportation Management
  2. Minimum 2 years experience in Operations Sea freight
  3. Accustomed to managing vendors, and/or shipping lines
  4. Having a certificate in Marine Transportation Management is a plus point
  5. Understanding INCOTERMS Sea freight
  6. Understand the financing structure of Sea freight
  7. Understand the shipping schedule
  8. Have a database of shipping lines/agents
