Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving new accounts/portfolios and conducting research and analysis to the market and potential customers as targeting new customer

Requirements:

  • Minimum holds a Diploma or bachelor’s Degrees from any major
  • Minimum 3 years of commercial and sales experience, with at least 1 year as a Single Contributor
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Property / Parking industry that is connected to it.
  • Understand and be familiar with the end-­to-­end tender/bidding selection process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analyze critically
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sufficient English writing and speaking skills
