Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving new accounts/portfolios and conducting research and analysis to the market and potential customers as targeting new customer
- Approaching and close relations with M&CLevel from the potential customer by a deep understanding
- Well prepared to present with good communication/negotiation skills to close the new order
- Collaborating with Internal Stakeholders to achieve project Success
- Improve best solutions for customer’s needs and align with the company’s expectations
- Deliver facts to potential customers on SPN's credibility in delivering quality and excellent experience
Requirements:
- Minimum holds a Diploma or bachelor’s Degrees from any major
- Minimum 3 years of commercial and sales experience, with at least 1 year as a Single Contributor
- Have a thorough understanding of the Property / Parking industry that is connected to it.
- Understand and be familiar with the end-to-end tender/bidding selection process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analyze critically
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sufficient English writing and speaking skills
