NICE aims to be Indonesia's largest convention and exhibition center, spanning 30 hectares of land. The center will feature impressive facilities, including 11 exhibition halls, meeting rooms, and a courtyard garden with food and beverage options, becoming the preferred venue for the MICE industry in Indonesia.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Chief Engineer at NICE in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Assistant Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of the venue's facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition for various events. Daily tasks include supervising maintenance staff, conducting inspections in ensuring all venue facilities are working properly, implementing safety procedures, and coordinating with external contractors or vendors.

Qualifications

  • Experience in facility management, engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Certifications in facility management or engineering are a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Min. Diploma's degree in Engineering or related field
