Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support the growth of the managed services business.
- Analyze financial performance, preparing detailed reports and insights for senior management.
- Cost Management:
- Track, monitor, and control costs associated with service delivery, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend measures to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
- Revenue Management:
- Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with contractual terms and accounting standards.
- Support the pricing of managed services offerings and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and company policies.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to maintain financial health and stability.
- Monitor invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and sales, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a finance management role, ideally within the managed services or technology sector.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of cash management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing cost structures, pricing strategies, and service contracts in a B2B environment.
