Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to support the growth of the managed services business.
• Analyze financial performance, preparing detailed reports and insights for senior management.

• Cost Management:
• Track, monitor, and control costs associated with service delivery, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and recommend measures to improve cost control and operational efficiency.

• Revenue Management:
• Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with contractual terms and accounting standards.
• Support the pricing of managed services offerings and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance:
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and company policies.

• Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures to maintain financial health and stability.
• Monitor invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections to ensure timely payments from clients.

• Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and sales, to align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a finance management role, ideally within the managed services or technology sector.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of cash management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in managing cost structures, pricing strategies, and service contracts in a B2B environment.
