Responsibilities :

  • Manage activities, resources, equipment and information’s of all the projects.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
  • Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
  • Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited Institution.
  • 5+ years of highend interior project experience is a must.
  • Good taste and sense, creative, solid experience of visual design.
  • Good communication ability, detail oriented, having patient and easy going personality.
  • A conceptual thinker with a strong ability to present, executive and sell your creativity ideas internally and externally.
  • Someone who is driven, collaborative, non-ego driven, innovative, curious, team player within a framework that the company requires.
  • Strong abilities to work in a team and achieve results through collaboration and sharing.
  • High attention to detail and able to organize and prioritize multiple projects on hand.
  • Willing to learn and grow professionally with.
  • Having a good knowledge of material is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is an advantage.
