Provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Responsibility
- Conduct the break down and scheduled maintenance programs.
- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do.
- Demonstrate the highest level of commitment to personal safety as well as the safety of others, while performing their job effectively.
- Follow and abide by all “Safety Initiatives”.
- The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand.
- Assist in keeping maintenance records.
- Develop close working relationships with shift supervisor.
- Oversee monthly physical inventories and cycle counts of spare parts.
- Instill and maintain good house keeping practices.
- Assist other site employees in plant, as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma/certificate in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum of Two years experience in manufacturing environment.
- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and data base management.
- Proficient in English both speaking and writing.
- Independent, mature, friendly and hard working.
- Desirable to have experience in computer processing and PC knowledge.
