We are assisting one of our clients in their search for an Archiving Command Center position
The Archiving Command Center manages daily operations of the Centralized Shared Services (CSS) archiving system. This role ensures efficient archiving, manages user interactions, collaborates with IT, and drives continuous improvements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise archiving staff, assign tasks, and monitor SLA performance.
- Handle user feedback, questions, and issues through a ticketing system.
- Identify improvement areas and provide training for team development.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure system functionality.
- Maintain accurate records, analyze reports, and uphold data security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Information Management, or similar.
- 2+ years in archiving, records management, or document storage/logistics.
- Strong leadership, data management, and communication skills.
- Proficient with ERP systems, ticketing systems, and data security.
