Overview:
As a Corporate Training Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling BelajarGPT’s tailored AI training solutions designed for corporate teams. Your primary focus will be on identifying companies that can benefit from upskilling in AI-driven tools and techniques, understanding their needs, and securing sales to expand BelajarGPT’s client base. This is a freelance role that is commission-based only, with no base salary, ideal for someone with a strong background in corporate training or solution sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Lead Generation
- Identify and research prospective corporate clients interested in AI training.
- Use networking, cold outreach, and digital channels to generate new leads.
- Build relationships with HR, L&D, and decision-makers at target companies.
2. Sales and Consultative Selling
- Conduct discussions to understand client requirements, training goals, and challenges.
- Present BelajarGPT’s AI training programs, demonstrating their value in enhancing team skills and productivity.
- Address client questions and show how BelajarGPT’s training can support business growth.
3. Solution Customization and Proposal Development
- Work with the BelajarGPT team to develop proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Prepare customized presentations, pricing structures, and training roadmaps.
- Manage proposal revisions and negotiate terms to close sales.
4. Account Management and Relationship Building
- Develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct check-ins to ensure training satisfaction and identify ongoing needs.
- Communicate client feedback to the BelajarGPT development team for continuous improvement.
5. Sales Tracking and Reporting
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, reporting progress to the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, client feedback, and sales performance.
- Provide insights on client needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in corporate sales, ideally in training, consulting, or SaaS.
- Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with AI applications in business and a good understanding of industry needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools, digital outreach, and virtual presentation platforms.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet sales targets and proactively drive business growth.
