Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving processes.
- Create documentation such as business process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
