We Are Hiring: HRGA (Human Resources & General Affairs)

ROMAJU is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HRGA to join our team. We are especially seeking candidates with a strong understanding of labor laws and employment regulations to help ensure compliance and foster a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of Human Resources and General Affairs, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice and support on employment-related matters, including contracts, terminations, and workplace disputes.
  • Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and development programs.
  • Handle general affairs tasks such as office management, procurement, and asset management.
  • Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and office management software is an advantage.
