Currently, we are looking for Finance, with Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance to oversee all financial activities, manage tax-related tasks, develop financial projects and payroll, analyze company finances, maintain bookkeeping, and create comprehensive financial reports. Finance will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our startup agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax and Payroll Management:

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations.

Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.

Implement tax-saving strategies and ensure proper documentation.

Work closely with HR to build and manage Payroll, Employee Tax, and Comben

Bookkeeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Ensure all financial transactions are recorded and classified correctly.

Reporting:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Provide detailed analysis and explanations of financial results.

Present financial reports to management and stakeholders.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Prepare financial forecasts and update them regularly based on actual performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, Brevet A, B, C ) is preferred.

Proven experience in a finance management role.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
