Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and execution of a communications strategy (both internal and external) that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand
  • Oversees corporate communications and branding in various online and print platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry magazines
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of the corporate website and online assets including methods to deliver message, ease of navigation, and clarity of information; ensures that all content is current and relevant
  • Provides consistent and timely information to employees through various communications programs
  • Acts as corporate spokesperson and responds to members of the media in a timely manner
  • Draft, negotiate, and position media releases;
  • Assists executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages
  • Manage Company brand and reputation; develop branding guideline and initiatives
  • Connect, network, and pitch local/global/social media to manage interviews and major news pieces in all mediums (e.g. TV, radio, blogging, social, newspaper)
  • Ensure alignment of internal & external communications with strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement a crisis and issues preparedness plan

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Marketing/Communications with a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in Corporate Communications, preferably in the Tech or financing industries
  • Impeccable verbal and written communications skills with a proven track record in media management, public relations, investor relations, and crisis management
  • Ability to think strategically and translate technical information into effective public messages
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong project management skills
  • A self-starter who can hit the ground running and work autonomously
  • Excellentin both English and Bahasa
