Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist located in Jakarta Barat, Indonesia. The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and sales support for our products and services. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting product demonstrations and communicating with customers to understand their product needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Our ideal candidate is proactive and driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to effectively communicate technical information to a variety of audiences.

Job Descriptions

  • Provide product training for customers and sales team
  • Product troubleshooting and assistance to customers
  • Provide technical product information and conduct presentations to customers.
  • Build and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Data collection and inventory of company equipment (Instrument) and consumables
  • Provide sales support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical, or related field
  • Have a background in molecular biology
  • Experience in using Real-Time PCR is a must
  • Experienced in using laboratory equipment or have operated equipment in a laboratory
  • Working experience as similar role in the same industry is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and presentation skills, conceptual and analytical thinking
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Has valid driving license and willing to travel
