  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing business contracts (import and export, domestic trade, services, debt claims).
  • Application and daily maintenance of company qualifications and business licenses.
  • Writing legal documents for internal and external affairs.
  • Handling of warnings, lawsuits, and arbitrations.
  • Representing the company and directors in the resolution of other legal issues

Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate legal work.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing corporate legal matters within organizations with over 100 employees (preferred).
  • Proven experience in handling external warnings, litigation, or arbitration.
  • Extensive collaboration with external law firms.
  • Proficiency in managing trade-related legal affairs, with a preference for experience in the retail business or FMCG or e-commerce industry
  • Strong communication skills in Chinese, Bahasa, and English.
  • Leadership experience, including leading a team, is highly desirable.
