Junior Tax (E-Commerce)

Job Description

1. Answering ticket related to WHT & Tax invoice request
2. Check and verify witholding tax base, softcopy witholding tax slip, seller information & seller invoice and seller ID in Jupiter
3. Ensuring compliance with tax regulation, accurate calculations, and timely reimbursements to sellers.
4. Prepare excel wht reimbursement combine all vendor and attach supporting doc

Requirement

1. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
2. Understand basic tax knowledge
3. Ability to work collaboratively in fast pace environment

KPI

1. Reimbursement Processing: Process withholding tax reimbursement requests, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to sellers.
2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reimbursements, and communications related to withholding taxes.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws and guidelines.
4. Seller Support: Respond to sellers inquiries regarding withholding tax calculations and reimbursement processes.
