Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing potential talent for variety of levels & department
  • Managing the selection process including requisition management and development of position descriptions for a better recruitment strategy
  • Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matches, and the qualifications needed to fill the roles
  • Providing monthly reports to Talent Acquisition Manager on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience of strategic exposure in talent acquisition at various seniority levels and functions
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
  • Experience as an external recruiter combined with internal talent acquisition, through a data-driven sourcing process
  • Strong strategic and commercial thinking to translate and execute business requirements into talent strategy
  • Solid experience working in a dynamic, agile and fast-paced culture
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Homebase : Surabaya (Head Office)
