Role Description
This is a contract role for out client in Data Centre/Property/Contruction industry as Facilities Manager, located in Batam. The Facilities Manager will be responsible:
- Supervise and manage the efficiency of facility & operation activity.
- Oversee planning and execution of engineering, housekeeping, security and safety, parking, IT and fit-out
- Oversee planning for effective and efficient facility matters, such as energy savings, facility cost savings, manpower efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Oversee the plan to ensure a safe and convenient shopping experience, including monitoring and controlling project activity such as repair, cleaning of mall interior and exterior, and machinery maintenance schedule.
- Development and implementation of SOP for the entire facility management
- Oversee the emergency situation plan and ensure coordination with the public emergency services.
- Managing tenant fit-out and ensuring works are executed according to mall standards
- Managing backyard facilities, warehouse and logistics
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience (preferred)
- Have good knowledge of technical such as machinery (chillers, genset, BAS system, etc), electrical, mechanical, and civil; also non-technical things.
- Have managerial skills: able to manage and delegate, monitor, report, budget, etc
- A person who can act responsibly to reduce operating expenses and increase efficiency
- A person who can make a budget for operating expenses (especially facilities)
- A person who can think of measures to prevent accidents in the future.
- Ability to understand financial statements and cost control correctly.
- A person who acts quickly, has a high sense of responsibility, and can keep a deadline
- A person who can educate subordinates and evaluate them.
- A person with a high hospitality spirit, can define work with customer orientation.
- Domiciled in Batam or Sumatera area is a poin plus
