As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Marketing Officer to help us elevate our brand presence and reach new audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan and run digital campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and paid advertisements.
- Create high-quality content, including visuals, copy, and videos, that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize social media strategies and improve engagement.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to create effective marketing materials.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, media, and other partners to optimize campaign delivery.
- Create post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Engage with online communities, respond to customer queries, and build positive relationships with followers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, campaign planning, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent content creation skills (writing and video editing are a plus).
- Proficiency with social media tools and analytics tools
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once
- A background in digital marketing or public relations is a plus.
