Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
  2. Plan and run digital campaigns, including content creation, posting schedules, and paid advertisements.
  3. Create high-quality content, including visuals, copy, and videos, that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize social media strategies and improve engagement.
  5. Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  6. Collaborate with the design, content, and product teams to create effective marketing materials.
  7. Maintain relationships with external vendors, media, and other partners to optimize campaign delivery.
  8. Create post-campaign reports and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
  9. Engage with online communities, respond to customer queries, and build positive relationships with followers.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience in social media management, campaign planning, or a similar role.
  2. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  3. Excellent content creation skills (writing and video editing are a plus).
  4. Proficiency with social media tools and analytics tools
  5. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  2. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns at once
  3. A background in digital marketing or public relations is a plus.
