Your main responsibilities:
As a Talent Acquisition & HR Intern, you’ll have the chance to work closely with our growing team on diverse tasks, from headhunting and recruitment to preparing essential documents and ensuring smooth onboarding experiences for our new hires.
- Assist in sourcing top talent by reviewing job applications, screening resumes, and reaching out to potential candidates.
- Help manage job postings across various platforms and headhunt candidates through various networks.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to improve employee experience and HR processes.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have everything they need to hit the ground running.
- Help set up onboarding schedules and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other official HR documents.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee files and update internal HR systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to work from our office in Grogol, Jakarta Barat (Fully-WFO).
