Job Brief:

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer or Sales Engineer for Business Development within the Kalimantan territories. This role is crucial in representing the company by offering the comprehensive range of solutions to potential clients.

Job Description:

- Effectively represent the company with an in-depth understanding of our product offerings.

- Research and identify customer needs and demonstrate how our solutions address them.

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base within East, South, and Central Kalimantan territories.

- Establish and nurture long-lasting customer relationships, focusing on the Mining and Palm Oil Mill industries.

- Generate leads, and engage with end-users, offering tailored solutions and support.

- Provide training, motivation, and guidance to the sales team, ensuring effective sales tactics are employed to meet revenue targets.

- Set objectives, analyze performance data, and make forecasts to achieve company goals.

- Identify and fill knowledge gaps within the team to enhance their performance.

- Travel to sites, maintaining a strong presence in the field and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum S1 degree.

- Proven experience in managing a sales team, especially in selling industrial spares.

- Preferably knowledgeable in East, South, and Central Kalimantan territories.

- Experience in the Mining and Palm Oil Mill industries is highly advantageous.

- Strong networking skills within the Mining and Palm Oil Mill industries.

- Demonstrated success in the entire sales process, from prospecting and planning to closing deals.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Strong leadership abilities.

- Ability to travel to sites.

- Proven success in achieving sales targets above expectations.
