Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the complete application life-cycle, from conception to deployment.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Define and communicate technical and design requirements effectively.
- Build reusable code and libraries to enhance application efficiency.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Support production services and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Provide comprehensive documentation for application processes.
- Debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
- Any background or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Backend Engineer
- Experienced with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other databases
- Proficient in application development using GoLang, Python, Java
- Ability to write correct and clean code
- Ability to design databases and optimize queries
- Good knowledge of modern programming paradigms and design patterns
- Familiarity with code repository workflow (e.g., Git)
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and impact on company success
