Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement paid ads marketing strategies
  • Optimize ads campaigns across various platforms to meet or exceed objectives
  • Analyze campaign performance to provide creative solutions for enhancing campaign effectiveness
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and clients to identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Work closely and directly report to Chief Marketing Officer and VP

Qualifications:

  • Min. 2 years of experience as digital ads specialist, digital marketing, or similar role
  • Have an excellent knowledge of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and CPAS
  • Proficiency in handling monthly ads budget above 50 million (IDR)
  • Proficiency with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
  • Great analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and perform well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, fast learner, and can quickly adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Ready to work in a flexible and hybrid work environment (office in BSD, Tangerang)
  • Able to join ASAP
