What You Will be Responsible For:

  • Develop and implement TA strategies to source and attract top talent across SEA and APAC markets.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, assessments and offers for roles across all departments.
  • Stay updated with market trends and dynamics in the SEA and APAC regions, ensuring recruitment strategies align with regional demands.
  • Partner with hiring managers and/or APAC leadership team to understand their hiring needs and provide consultative advice on best hiring practices and candidate market insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to develop and promote our employer brand in SEA and APAC to attract quality talent.
  • To ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact through onboarding.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of candidate hiring experience.
  • Ensure all recruitment processes and activities are compliant with local employment laws and regulations in SEA and APAC markets

What Are the Requirements of the Role:

  • Experience in recruiting within the digital marketing and/or agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the talent landscape, compensation benchmarks, and labor laws across SEA and APAC countries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and/or other job portals relevant to the market.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to use data to inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with sensitivity to local cultures and practices
