Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Establish relationships with Sales and users to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
- Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicants
- Monitor recruitment performance metrics and provide regular updates to the team
- Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, to promote the company
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years as a Lead Recruiter, preferably in the technology industry
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to multitasks and prioritize effectively
