We're looking for a Human Resources Specialist who will mainly manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles and departments, in addition to managing other HR functions including employee engagement, learning and development, and more.

Job description and key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channels/platforms.
  • Source, screen candidates’ resumes, and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, aptitudes using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, including providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders and founders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Assist the employee relations matters such as addressing employee’s inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of employee review process.
  • Identify, coordinate, and implement learning and development programs within the company.
  • Assist the administration of payroll process.
  • Participate in and support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment process.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (behavioural, competency-based, etc).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Experience in other HR functions aside from recruitment will be a plus.
  • Fluent English and Bahasa verbally and in writing.
