  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will drive digital marketing efforts to enhance our luxury real estate brand and increase conversions for our exclusive apartments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Analyze digital marketing data and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Screen and qualify leads from marketing campaigns to ensure they meet target criteria before passing them to the sales team.
  • Develop, ideate, and execute engaging content for our website and social media channels.
  • Maintained, planned, scheduled content posting schedules, and engaged with our audience on social media.
  • Create compelling copy for articles and captions on websites and social media.
  • Work with WordPress and other CMS platforms to manage website content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing, particularly in lead generation
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for articles and social media captions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
  • Familiarity with SEO and data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
  • Experience in the property or luxury goods industry is a plus
