We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager for our P2P Financial Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a network of part-time Financial Advisors (FAs) while driving the growth of our wealth management products among high-net-worth clients. Your focus will be on expanding the company's assets under management (AUM) and providing tailored investment solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Training of Financial Advisors:
    Leverage your personal network and industry experience to recruit and train part-time Financial Advisors (FAs). Enhance their understanding of financial products, ensuring smooth communication with clients and elevating the professionalism of our advisory team.

  • Wealth Management Product Sales:
    Assist in selling the company's wealth management products to high-net-worth clients. Provide investment advisory services, explain asset allocation strategies, and recommend suitable investment and wealth management solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Client Needs Research & Business Guidance:
    Conduct in-depth research into the financial needs of high-net-worth clients. Collaborate with the training team to provide regular updates on market trends, financial theories, product sales techniques, and offer on-site guidance during client investment workshops and similar events.

  • AUM Growth Target:
    Drive the business to achieve a total Asset Under Management (AUM) of $20 million by the end of the year, utilizing your expertise in wealth management and client relationships to reach this target.


  • Qualifications:

  • Wealth Management Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in offline wealth management sales within local Indonesian tripartite financial companies, private banks, private equities, or trusts, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Local Market Network:
    Strong connections with local wealth sales networks and Financial Advisors (FAs), especially within local banks. Priority will be given to candidates with a deep understanding of the local market and access to a well-established FA network.

  • Leadership & Team Management:
    Proven leadership skills, with experience motivating and managing distributed sales teams. Successful track record in leading agent or partner networks to achieve sales goals, particularly in selling financial products.

  • Regulatory & Market Knowledge:
    Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and market dynamics related to wealth management products in Indonesia. Ability to ensure full compliance while navigating the competitive financial landscape.
