Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Supervisor - Mandarin Speaker at JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, reservations, and front office operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Front Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in Mandarin
  • Experience in handling reservations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
