Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Events Specialist to support Chagee’s international expansion in SEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing market entry strategies, partnering country marketing teams to run effective initiatives that are on-brand, and fostering the sharing of best practices across markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for brand management, market development and cross-functional collaboration.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in the initial launch phase of Chagee in emerging markets; collaborate with local teams to plan and execute market entry strategies to drive brand growth and market share
  • Ensure that country marketing teams receive the necessary support for localised initiatives, including resources, guidance and approvals
  • Coordinate with country marketing teams to align initiatives with overall brand strategy and goals
  • Ensure that marketing campaigns and initiatives maintain brand integrity
  • Monitor market performance and provide actionable insights to optimise initiatives
  • Facilitate the sharing of best practices across markets to enhance performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, R&D, Supply Chain) to drive cohesive market strategies
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels with market teams and regional leadership

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in market management, brand management within F&B, consumer goods or retail industries
  • Proven track record of managing multi-country markets (MY/ID/TH/PH/VN) and driving brand growth
  • Strong understanding of SEA region’s market dynamics and consumer behaviour
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin and at least one other local SEA language is a plus to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel within SEA region as needed
